What Damages Homes in Dubai
Local conditions cause specific problems and knowing them early saves money.
Between May and September, an AC unit runs almost continuously. Most breakdowns happen because a unit that was already struggling in April gets pushed past its limit in June. A service before summer costs far less than an emergency callout during it.
Dubai humidity condenses inside ducting and around insulation. Water pooling above a ceiling shows up as a stain weeks after the problem started. Duct and coil cleaning keeps airflow clear and stops moisture collecting.
Water here carries a high mineral load that builds inside pipes, heaters, and taps. Scale narrows pipework slowly, so pressure drops before anything visibly fails. Descaling and filtration extend the life of the whole system.

We carry Third-Party Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation cover on all works. That means damage or injury on site is covered and never becomes your problem.
Our AC team includes Daikin Certified Installers and technicians trained by Mitsubishi Electric. Across the company we hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, HVAC training, Fire Safety training and First Warden training.
Electrical and AC work follows DEWA regulations, and duct work follows Dubai Civil Defence safety protocols. Anything that does not meet those standards gets flagged to you before we proceed, even when it is existing work we did not carry out.

How much does a service call cost?
Service work starts from AED 350 plus VAT. You get an itemized written quote before anything begins, so you approve the price first.
How fast can you come out for an AC breakdown?
During working hours, or for an evening emergency callout, we aim to have a technician with you in 60 to 90 minutes, depending on team availability and location. Scheduled servicing books like any other job.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold Trade License 856870 and carry Third-Party Liability Insurance and Workmen’s Compensation cover on every job we take on.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. AC and maintenance work carries a 90-day workmanship warranty, and renovation work carries a full year. If the same fault comes back in that window, we return and fix it at no charge.
Do you work on offices and commercial properties?
Yes. Alongside homes and villas, we handle offices, retail units and commercial fit-outs, including full renovation and ongoing maintenance contracts.
