Why Put Your Property on a Maintenance Contract
An AMC turns unpredictable repair bills into one fixed annual cost, and puts servicing on a schedule instead of a memory.
AC gets serviced twice a year because it is in the contract, not because somebody remembered. Most of the breakdowns we attend in August are on units nobody touched since the previous summer.
You know what maintenance costs for the year before it starts. No call-out charge every time something goes wrong, and no surprise invoice in the middle of a heatwave.
AC, electrical, plumbing and handyman work all on the same contract. You are not sourcing and vetting a different contractor each time something breaks.
12 on Basic, 24 on Gold, 36 on Premium. These are already paid for, so there is no hesitation about whether a problem is worth calling about.
Any work outside the contract — a renovation, a new AC unit, a painting job — is discounted 15% for the whole contract year.
We keep the service history, so the technician who arrives knows what was done last time. You never have to explain your own property back to us.

AMC Packages for Every Property Type
Multiple AC units, more plumbing, and usually a garden or a pump somewhere. Premium suits most villas because of the coil clean, the water tank and the higher call-out count.
One to three AC units and straightforward electrics. Basic or Gold covers most apartments comfortably, with Gold adding the annual duct clean.
Downtime costs you more than the contract does. We schedule servicing around your working hours so the floor is not disrupted.
One contract per property, one point of contact, and a documented service history for handovers and tenant disputes. Multiple properties can be quoted together.
Properties that sit empty between guests still need the AC serviced and the tank cleaned. Scheduled visits mean problems are found between bookings rather than during one.
Where your landlord does not cover maintenance, an AMC in your own name keeps the property looked after without a fight over every repair bill.

AC failure in Dubai summer, a burst pipe, total power loss — emergencies don’t follow a schedule. Every WEFIX AMC package includes emergency call-outs so you’re not paying an emergency premium when you need help most urgently.

How an AMC Works
A short survey, a fixed annual price, and a schedule you do not have to manage.
Property type, how many AC units, and roughly what condition things are in. For most properties we can quote from that alone; for larger villas and commercial units we survey first.
Basic, Gold or Premium, priced from your property rather than a flat rate. We will tell you honestly which package fits — there is no point selling you a water tank clean if you do not have a tank.
Servicing dates are booked in advance so you are not chasing them. Call-outs are logged against your contract, and the service history stays with the property.

What does an AMC actually cover?
All three packages cover AC servicing twice a year plus electrical and plumbing service visits, emergency call-outs and three hours of handyman time. Gold adds an annual AC duct clean. Premium adds a major coil clean, water tank cleaning and a 12-month hardware warranty. The comparison table above shows the full breakdown.
How much does an AMC cost?
Basic starts at AED 2,740 per year, Gold at AED 3,540 and Premium at AED 5,640. Those are starting prices — the final figure depends on the property and the number of AC units, which is why we ask before quoting.
Which package should I choose?
Apartments with one to three AC units are usually fine on Basic or Gold. Villas generally suit Premium because of the coil clean, water tank cleaning and higher call-out allowance. Tell us the property and we will recommend one rather than pushing you to the most expensive.
What counts as an emergency call-out?
Anything that cannot wait for a scheduled visit — AC not cooling, a leak, a power fault, a blocked drain. Basic includes 12 across the year, Gold 24 and Premium 36. In practice most properties use far fewer than the allowance.
Is the 15% discount on everything?
On any WEFIX service outside your contract, for the full contract year. That covers renovations, new AC installation, painting, deep cleaning and anything else we do. It applies to labour and to work we quote you for, not to third-party equipment costs passed through at cost.
What is the hardware warranty on Premium?
12 months on parts we supply and fit during the contract year. If a component we installed fails within that period, we replace it. It does not cover equipment that was already in the property when the contract started.
How long is the contract?
Twelve months from the start date. We will contact you before it expires rather than auto-renewing without telling you.
Can I add properties to one contract?
Yes. Landlords and property managers regularly run several properties with us. Send the list and we will quote them together, which usually works out better than separate contracts.
What if I need something not in the package?
You pay for it at 15% off, and we tell you the price before doing it. Nothing outside the contract gets carried out and billed afterwards without your approval.
How do I get started?
