What is an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)?
An AMC is a fixed-price annual agreement where WEFIX provides scheduled maintenance services — AC servicing, electrical checks, plumbing inspections, duct cleaning and handyman visits — plus emergency call-outs and a 15% discount on any additional services booked during the year. You pay once per year and we manage the rest — scheduling, reminders, technician dispatch and documentation.
What services are included in the AMC?
All three packages include AC annual service, AC duct cleaning, electrical annual service, plumbing annual service and emergency call-outs. The Standard package adds handyman visits (4 per year). The Premium package adds more handyman visits (8 per year), a painting visit, unlimited emergency call-outs and a dedicated account manager. Every package includes 15% off all additional services booked during the year.
How do emergency call-outs work?
WhatsApp or call +971 52 154 6723 and state you are an AMC client with an emergency. AMC clients are prioritised over ad-hoc calls — our target response time is the same day for emergencies. Basic clients have 3 included emergency call-outs per year, Standard 6, Premium unlimited. Emergency call-outs cover labour; parts and materials are charged at cost if required.
Does the 15% discount apply to all services?
Yes — 15% off applies to any additional WEFIX service you book during your contract year, including AC repair, painting, renovation work, water tank cleaning, handyman visits beyond your included allowance and any other service in the WEFIX range. The discount applies to the service labour and standard materials. It does not apply to third-party equipment purchases made on your behalf.
Can I sign up for an AMC mid-year?
Yes — you can start an AMC at any point during the year. The contract runs for 12 months from the start date, not the calendar year. Scheduled services are spread across the contract year, and the 15% discount and emergency call-out entitlement begin immediately on contract signing.
Does the AMC cover repairs, or just maintenance?
The scheduled services (AC service, electrical check, plumbing inspection) are preventive maintenance — they identify and resolve minor issues and prevent failures. If a major repair is needed — compressor replacement, rewiring, major leak repair — this is quoted separately at cost, with your 15% AMC discount applied to the labour. The AMC covers the maintenance programme, not unlimited repair.
Can I get an AMC for multiple properties?
Yes — we offer portfolio AMC contracts for landlords and property management companies covering multiple units under a single agreement with consolidated billing. Portfolio contracts are quoted individually based on the number of units, property types and location spread. WhatsApp or call us for a portfolio quote.
What happens if I want to cancel my AMC?
AMC contracts can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. A pro-rated refund is provided for the unused portion of the contract year, less the value of any services already delivered at full rate (services are priced at full rate for the portion of the contract already consumed). Details are set out in the AMC agreement signed at the start of the contract.
