How quickly will you get back to me?
Within 24 hours on any enquiry sent through the form or by email, and usually the same working day. WhatsApp is faster still — send a photo and a short description and you will normally have an indicative price straight away.
How does quoting work?
For most jobs we can quote from a photo and a description. Where the work needs looking at properly — renovations, larger AC systems, anything behind a wall — we inspect first. The price is confirmed with you before any work starts.
Do you cover my area?
We work across Dubai’s premier communities, from Downtown and Jumeirah down the coast to Palm Jebel Ali. The map above shows our usual coverage. If your area is not listed, message us anyway — we cover most of Dubai.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. Sunday is closed. Enquiries sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, cash, card, online payment and PDC cheques. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote, so there is nothing to work out on the day.
Do you take on commercial and contract work?
Yes. We work with property managers, offices, retail and hospitality, and we run annual maintenance contracts covering AC, electrical, plumbing and handyman work. Email us with the details and we will put a proposal together.
