What We Maintain
We run separate teams by trade. That is the difference between a maintenance company and a handyman service: the person who arrives for an AC fault has spent the week on air conditioning, not on painting yesterday and plumbing tomorrow.

How It Works
You describe the problem. Working out which trade it is, is our job.
Call or message us on WhatsApp. You do not need to know which trade you need, which matters when the ceiling is wet and it could be plumbing or AC.
We send the specialist for that job. A leak that turns out to be AC condensate goes to the AC team, and you are not charged twice for finding that out.
Diagnosis, written quote, your approval, then the job. Tested before we leave and backed by the 90-day workmanship warranty.
What Maintenance Costs in Dubai
Electrical work starts at AED 250 + VAT. Most other callouts start at AED 350 + VAT. Handyman work is charged hourly from AED 150, which is why clearing five small jobs in one visit costs a fraction of five separate callouts.
Larger jobs are quoted after a visit and the price is fixed before anything starts. If you decide not to go ahead, the AED 150 is all you pay and you keep the written report of what we found. We would rather charge a small fee and give you a proper assessment than quote blind and revise it later.

Maintenance FAQs
How much does home maintenance cost in Dubai?
It depends on the trade and the job, so here is how the pricing works. A site visit is AED 150 and comes off your bill if you proceed. Electrical work starts at AED 250 + VAT and most other callouts at AED 350 + VAT. Handyman work is charged hourly from AED 150. Larger jobs are quoted after a visit, and the price is fixed before anything starts.
Do you charge for the site visit?
Yes, AED 150. It is credited against the total if you go ahead with the work. If you decide not to, that is all you pay and you keep the written report of what we found. We would rather charge a small fee and give you a proper assessment than quote blind and revise it later.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Saturdays yes, during business hours. Sunday is closed for standard bookings. The emergency team covers 5:30pm to midnight every day of the week, including Sundays and public holidays.
What do I do in an emergency?
Call or WhatsApp 052 154 6723. For a burst pipe, turn the water off at the stopcock first. For a burning smell from anything electrical, switch that circuit off at the board. Then call.
Do I need to know which trade I need?
No. Describe what is happening and we will work it out. A wet patch on a ceiling could be plumbing or AC condensate, and sending the wrong trade wastes your time and ours.
Do you handle work I do not see listed?
Probably. Alongside the main trades we do flooring and tiling, carpentry, curtains and blinds, marble polishing and restoration, gypsum ceilings and masonry. Email info@wefixuae.com with what you need.
What is an annual maintenance contract and is it worth it?
Scheduled servicing across every trade under one agreement, with priority response and contract rates on repairs. It is worth it if you would otherwise be calling somebody out several times a year, and for most villas and offices that is the case. Ask us to quote and compare it against what you spent last year.
How do I set up an annual contract?
Request a quote and we send an inspector to assess the property. After the inspection we come back with the contract and the pricing for your specific building.
Are your technicians insured?
Yes. Third-party liability and workmen’s compensation. WEFIX is also ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified, and our DED licence number is 856870.
What is covered by the 90-day workmanship warranty?
If the same fault we repaired comes back within 90 days, we return and fix it at no charge. It covers our workmanship. A new and unrelated fault is a separate job, and we will always tell you which one you have.
