Taking out the wall between kitchen and living space. This is structural work, so it needs proper assessment and approvals before anything happens, and we go through exactly what your building and community require at the survey stage.
Extra preparation space, storage underneath and somewhere to sit. Islands need power and sometimes plumbing brought to them, which is straightforward during a renovation and disruptive afterwards.
Where the carcasses are sound but the finish is tired. A professional respray in a new colour, new handles, a new worktop and an updated backsplash get most of the effect of a new kitchen for a fraction of the cost.

We measure, talk through how you actually use the kitchen, and produce a 3D design. You approve the layout, the finishes and the appliance positions before anything is built, because a cabinet run is expensive to change once it exists.
Cabinet finish, worktop material, tiles, sink and taps chosen. We order everything and book the worktop fabricator before we start, since fabrication has a lead time and a kitchen sitting without a worktop is a kitchen you cannot use.
Old kitchen out, first fix plumbing and electrical, carpentry installed, worktop templated and fitted, tiling, second fix, appliances, then snagging and handover. The worktop is templated against the installed cabinets rather than against a drawing, which is the only way to get a joint that actually sits flush.

How much does kitchen renovation cost in Dubai?
A respray with a new worktop runs AED 5,000 to 12,000. Cabinet replacement with worktop and backsplash is AED 18,000 to 45,000. A full gut renovation with layout changes and premium materials starts around AED 40,000 and goes up from there. You get a fixed written quote once we have measured and you have chosen materials.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks for a full kitchen. A worktop and backsplash upgrade is around a week. A respray is three to five days. The worktop fabrication lead time is the part that sets the schedule, which is why we book it before starting rather than after.
Do you provide a 3D design first?
Yes, before anything is built and before you commit. It is the most useful stage of the whole project, because layout problems are obvious in 3D and invisible on a plan.
Can you remove a wall for an open-plan kitchen?
Sometimes — it depends entirely on whether the wall is structural. That needs proper assessment, and in most Dubai buildings it also needs approvals from the Municipality and an NOC from your developer or building management. We tell you at the survey what your specific property requires and who has to obtain it, so the project does not stop halfway waiting for a document nobody applied for.
Is a permit required for kitchen renovation?
Not for a like-for-like replacement. Anything structural, and most changes to plumbing or drainage routes, will need approval, and almost every tower and community requires an NOC before renovation work starts regardless of scope. We go through what applies to your property at the survey.
Do you supply and fit worktops?
Yes. We template on site, fabricate to that template and fit, with the sink and hob apertures cut precisely and edges polished. Quartz, marble, granite, solid surface and laminate.
Can you install my appliances?
Yes, as part of the renovation. Tell us the models early, because appliance dimensions affect the cabinet build and it is much easier to design around them than to adjust afterwards.
Do you do partial kitchens, or only full renovations?
Both. A respray with a new worktop is a common job for us. Partial work is often the better decision when the carcasses are sound, and we will say so rather than selling you a full kitchen you do not need.
What cabinet finishes do you offer?
High gloss, matte, wood grain, painted and lacquered, in any colour. We bring samples so you can see them in your own kitchen light before deciding.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, one year on workmanship from handover, covering carpentry, worktops, tiling, plumbing and electrical.
