A worktop and backsplash upgrade takes 3–5 days. A full cabinet replacement with new worktop takes 2–3 weeks, including worktop fabrication lead time (typically 5–7 days after templating). A full gut renovation with layout changes takes 3–4 weeks. The worktop fabrication is usually the pacing item — we book this early in the project to avoid delays.

Yes — for all full kitchen renovations and cabinet replacements, we produce a 3D design showing the complete layout, cabinet style, worktop, tiling and lighting before any work starts. You review and approve every detail. We don’t start building until the design is signed off. This is included in our service at no additional cost.

Yes, but it requires a structural assessment first. In most Dubai apartments, the wall between the kitchen and living room is non-structural and can be removed without a structural engineer. Some walls contain services (pipes, electrical conduits) that need rerouting. We assess on-site, advise on what’s involved, and manage any required permit submissions with building management.

We supply and install worktops as part of the kitchen renovation package. We work with worktop fabricators in Dubai for quartz (Silestone, Caesarstone, Compac), marble, granite, Dekton and laminate surfaces. We template on-site for a precise fit, manage the fabrication and install. You choose the material and colour — we handle everything else.

Yes — we install all built-in kitchen appliances: ovens, hobs, range hoods, dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves and wine coolers. We coordinate the electrical and plumbing requirements for each appliance. You can supply the appliances yourself or ask us to source them — we work with all major brands available in Dubai.

We do both. Common partial projects include: worktop replacement only, backsplash retile only, cabinet door and handle replacement, cabinet respray, sink and tap upgrade, and under-cabinet lighting installation. If the existing kitchen has good bones and a working layout, a targeted upgrade is often the most cost-effective approach.

We build kitchen carcasses from moisture-resistant MDF and board to suit Dubai’s humidity. Door finish options include high-gloss lacquer (very popular in Dubai apartments), matte lacquer, wood grain PVC wrap, painted MDF and veneer. We offer handleless designs with J-pull or push-to-open mechanisms, or standard handles in a wide range of styles and finishes.

For in-place kitchen renovations (same footprint, no wall removal), no permit is required in most residential buildings. For layout changes involving wall removal, we coordinate with building management for approval and, where required, submit to Dubai Municipality. We advise on permit requirements on the initial site visit and manage all submissions on your behalf.

Yes — all WEFIX kitchen work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty from handover date, covering carpentry, tiling, plumbing and electrical. Worktop and appliance manufacturer warranties are separate and in addition to this. If anything in our workmanship fails within the first year, we come back and fix it at no cost.
