What size split AC do I need for my room?
As a guide: 9,000 BTU (0.75 ton) covers up to 15 sqm; 12,000 BTU for up to 20 sqm; 18,000 BTU for up to 30 sqm; 24,000 BTU for larger spaces. Dubai’s ceiling height, insulation, glazing and sun exposure all affect the calculation — we assess this and recommend the right capacity before purchase.

Do you charge for call-outs or inspections?
For split AC installation, the site assessment and quote are free. We visit, check the room dimensions and installation requirements, and give you a fixed written quote at no charge and no obligation.
Will my manufacturer warranty be affected?
